Lily & Victoria, and I am not referring to that horror movie Mama about 2 little girls that grow up living in the woods and share the same name as our precious babies. Every time I watch the preview for that movie it gives me the creeps, seriously, what are the chances?
Anyways, back to my Lily and Victoria…these two girls are so stinkin’ cute together. Often when they get together we are with our mom group and there are at least 5 little girls running around, sometimes even more kiddos, but a few weeks ago it was just the two of them. We had Steph and Lily (and Andrew too) over for pizza night. The girls exchanged Christmas presents, played, watched Bubble Guppies and even took a bath together in the Jacuzzi tub! I was introduced to Just Dance 4 for the Wii and it was amazing, I rocked Brittany’s Oops I Did it Again, but wasn’t so hot after that. It was so much fun to play and a great workout! I see more dance offs in the future, what do you say about that Steph?
The girls did a little dancing themselves. They LOVE the Bubble Guppies, Lets Totally Rock episode and they totally rocked out. I posted the video on facebook, but was not able to get it working on the blog. The video is priceless and something we will show them when they are about 16 years old and have their boyfriends are over. Ha!
Lily and Victoria are almost exactly 6 months apart, but Victoria does really well keeping up with her and Lily no longer calls her a “baby.” They have so much in common, they love to wear boots, (V winter boots, Lily rain boots) they prefer to wear their sunglasses upside down, they love wearing their beads, running is their preferred method of movement, piling pillows on the floor and jumping from the couch is a favorite activity, and they are both deathly afraid of the vacuum cleaner. It is cute to see Victoria get so excited when I mention Lily’s name. Every time we get in the car she thinks we are going to see Lily. I just love the way she says “Lil Leee” I hope she never out grows it.
As a mom, it is so fun to watch your child begin to develop friendships. This is only the beginning of their friendship and if it is anything like the one I have with Lily’s mom they are going to have a rock-solid bond.
Too cute are those two.
ReplyDeleteThey are just too cute!
ReplyDeleteI only teared up a couple times. :)
ReplyDeleteI love them! And "Toria and Ameeeeee" are mentioned every single time I say we're going "bye bye". I'm glad she loves you both as much as I do!
